This new image is another Comedy Bang Bang Illustration, it is based on Episode 215 or the episode titled Time Bobby 2 (Link: http://www.earwolf.com/episode/time-bobby-2/). I wanted to create another Illustration inspired by one of Paul F. Tompkins characters and in this episode Andrew Lloyd Webber (as played by Paul F Tompkins) mentioned a play he wanted to work on about Batman or as he said “The Batting Gentleman”. When looking for inspiration as to what the illustration should look like I scoured the internet for what play posters looked like. I found that most of the posters were subjective, nondescript, and vague also I used some of the design elements from the old Batman The Animated Series such as the dark deco Buildings and incorporated them into the design of the poster. I believe that I made a good attempt at aping both the style of posters I was looking at as well getting close to the “Dark Deco” design of Batman the Animated Series.
**EDIT**
5/21 I posted this to the Facebook page for Comedy Bang Bang a few days ago. I checked to see if it had any likes or was shared between people and lo and behold I find that the Comedy Bang Bang page had shared the image, it has 18 shares, and 100 likes which is awesome.
